tiny tea teatox (14 days) body range

Tea Detox has been quite the rage as of late. I have seen multiple advertisements of it from various brands, all of which boasts its ability to help you lose weight. Well, I definitely do not need to lose weight but there are many other benefits to this tea that I have received from the generous yourtea
The packaging of the product is super pretty and reading the product description really establishes a warm relationship with you and the tea already. I was given this tiny tea from their body range and it comes with 42 tea bags to be taken 3 times a day, 30 minutes before or after each meal.
YourTea  is all about keeping you healthy! Here is how their mantra goes:
Here at Your Tea, we are all about nourishing the body, mind and spirit... with tea. We aim for our blends to nurture your insides, revitalise your energy and please you aesthetically. Created by Aussies and loved worldwide, our organic fusions will soothe the soul and massage your palette. We believe everyone should fill their life with love, laughter and many cups of tea.
Everything sounds so good and promising!
The instructions state to place one tea bag in boiling water for 5-7 minutes and to take it 30 minutes before or after a meal, preferably on an empty stomach. They also mentioned twice daily over here so I guess it depends on how much of the effect you want to see in your body. I might do once or twice daily, depending on how strong the tea is for me.
The main ingredients to this tea are oolong tea, sicklepod senna seed, lotus leaf and hawthorn berry. It may sound weird but here's what it promises to do:
My intricately balanced herbal blend will nourish and cleanse your digestive system, providing it the support it needs to replenish and restore back to its natural state. This cleanse will assist with reducing weight, easing bloating, increasing digestion functionality, improving skin clarity, increasing energy levels and alleviate issues associated with food intolerances. Formulated with Chinese medicine herbs and based upon Chinese medicinal principles, TinyTea is the only herbal cleanse on the market that does not produce a laxative effect
I do not need the weight loss part but I definitely need and appreciate the other effects that aid in digestion. I've always had bloating problems that gave me difficulty in consuming my meals because I just didn't feel hungry or like eating. I also look forward to having clearer skin and more energy to conquer school and busy days! However, if you are into weight loss, there are lots of reviews that have shown visible results. You can check it out under the reviews section of the website. You might also be interested in the eating plan and healthy tips to maintain your weight and stay healthy after all the good things the tea has done for your body.
If you would like to know more about YourTea, be sure to get onto their website and check out their FAQs and products. Also you can follow them on all their social media - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr. They have a wide range of products including a mood range to elevate your moods. I am so interested in the Sleep Tea which is supposed to help sedate your mind. Those would come in handy when insomnia and un-sleepy days come by. YourTea also donates to charity so do support them!

I will be writing a new post or adding on to this one after I've tried the tea. I'll be sure to let you know all the good and bad stuff that I faced with this product. I am looking forward to clearer skin and a better digestive system so I'll let you know if it works! Do bear in mind that everyone's body is different and a different reaction is normal. However, if anything severe does happen then you should discontinue use and consult a doctor.

Update (4 Oct 2014): I've had a few cups of tea and it tastes alright. It's got a strong oolong or herbal taste that I do not mind. Also, one tea bag can be used for about 2 cups of tea and if you do not want to waste the teabag, there are actually lots of things you can do with a teabag: read here. Great for tired eyes, skin, hair or even for doing art. The tea has definitely helped reduce bloating for me. Whenever I feel like my food isn't digesting well, I pop one of this in a cup of water and start sipping. I don't necessarily take it half an hour before or after my meal because weight loss isn't my thing. My skin has been looking a lot clearer and I don't even need to apply overnight treatment on pimples for some nights because my face is clear of zits. I definitely love this tea for these benefits I have gotten. I've also seen many good reviews for weight loss so you should give this tea a try if you are looking to get the benefits listed here!

Real vs Fake Adidas Superstar/Stan Smith

I've wanted to do this post for a long time, ever since I started on my crazy collection of Adidas Superstars. I mean, I think I make quite a credible source because at one point, I owned 14 pairs of Superstars and Stan Smiths. I will be migrating my Superstar collection post over to this blog over the coming days so that you can read up on where I got them. I'm not sure if these shoes are still as popular and wanted now because I am sort of out of the loop but if you are looking to get yourself a pair of Superstars or Stan Smiths, these are a few pointers to look out for in identifying if what you are buying is real or fake. Take note that these features are mostly applicable to recent releases only. Old models and Superstar 80s are slightly different. Then again, old models are not sold in stores anymore so if you find brand new pairs elsewhere, you should be cautious.  I owned a a few pairs of fake Superstars before I purchased my first original pair from the Adidas

Arctic Fox Hair Dye Review on Dark Unbleached Hair

I've been meaning to try Arctic Fox's hair dyes for a couple of years but never got around to it because I feared it wouldn't show up on dark hair. It's been coming up more and more on Instagram again so I did some research and apparently Purple Rain, Aquamarine and Poseidon do show up on dark hair. So that's what I purchased! These retail for $7.99 (4 fl oz) or $13.99 (8 fl oz) on the Arctic Fox website but I got mine off Amazon .  Arctic Fox hair dyes are vegan and cruelty free. They also do not contain harsh chemicals like peroxides, ammonia and PPD. These are semi-permanent and they contain conditioning agents which means you can use these dyes as often as you want to without damaging your hair. Semi-permanent hair dyes only coat your hair so it will fade with each wash. The bottle claims that it can last up to 40 washes. These smell like grape candy so it is such a treat to use them. The instructions to use this is pretty simple. 1. Shampoo and w

Lonely Planet/Atomic Makeup Silky Matte Liquid Lipstick Swatches & Review

Lipstick swatches are one of my favorite things to do so I gathered my Lonely Planet Cosmetics liquid lipsticks and did a swatch and review in my latest YouTube video. Earlier on this year, Lonely Planet Cosmetics announced that they were going to hold their anniversary sale as well as closeout sale because they were going to shift their headquarters to New York and rebrand to Atomic Makeup. So when the sale came around, everything was 50% off. Their liquid lipsticks were typically $15 for 8ml so they were marked down to $7.50 and some of them were even $5. The sale lasted a really long time and I ended up placing 3 separate orders with 24 shades altogether. I think they had a massive range of 35 colors but honestly, their color range isn't very impressive. It is filled with your typical reds, pinks, nudes and browns with a handful of bolder shades. Another thing I noticed when I swatched these is how inaccurate some of the shades have been represented. I remember reading a re
